This Client needed to migrate from UKG Workforce Central due to the product's end of life. The Client partnered with HRchitect to lead a full UKG Pro WFM migration, supporting the Client through go-live.

As part of an internal workforce and payroll strategy evolution, this multinational consumer goods Client needed to restructure and create new pay groups within UKG Pro. They partnered with HRchitect through its Concierge-Managed Post-Go-Live Support services to execute this work efficiently and without disruption.

This fire and rescue Client relied on a combination of disconnected workforce management tools, including spreadsheets, notification systems, and manual timecards, to manage schedules, time-off requests, overtime opportunities, and daily rosters. To solve this fragmented approach, our Client reached out to HRchitect to implement UKG TeleStaff.

Union Square Hospitality Group faced an extremely tight five-day timeline to ensure employee wage adjustments were accurately reflected in UKG Pro for Employee Retention Credit filings. Prolec GE’s legacy system, WFC, was sunset by UKG, prompting the company to migrate to UKG’s modern UKG Pro WFM platform.
